Family Week is right around the corner!
The Iowa High School Activities Association summer non-contact period runs from Sunday, July 26 through Sunday, August 2, providing student-athletes, coaches, and families with time to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together.
All facilities at CCSD will be closed to the public during this time. There will be no workouts, meetings, practices, or communication with students during this week.
We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and memorable week making the most of these summer moments! ☀️

The Carlisle School Foundation helps create meaningful learning opportunities for students across our schools! 🙌
Since 2007, this nonprofit organization has supported educational excellence by funding projects beyond regular school funding limits, including innovative classroom materials, teacher training, and curriculum-connected activities outside the school day.
Community members, employees, and alumni can support this work through tax-deductible contributions. Donations are now accepted online through the Greater Des Moines Community Foundation, and donors may also apply for an Endow Iowa Tax Credit based on their gift.

National Safety Month is an important reminder of the shared responsibility we all have in creating safe, supportive environments where every student and staff member feels valued. Whether at school, at home, or out in the community, even the smallest safe habits can make a meaningful difference.
